The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) is pleased to welcome Ringneck Energy, a company that adds value to agriculture in central South Dakota, as a new member.
Ringneck Energy is an 80 million gallon per year, farmer-owned ethanol plant that started production in April 2019. The plant was built by Fagen Inc. of Granite Falls, Minnesota, and was engineered by ICM of Colwich, Kansas, using the latest design, focusing on energy efficiency and ease of operation.
Ringneck Energy has unit train capabilities and a distilled spirits permit; can meet nearly all export specifications; and can easily deliver to the Gulf or Pacific Northwest (PNW) locations.
