Tatiana Ciobanu serves as manager of program funding for the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, she supports the accounting team in ensuring that payments are properly reviewed and distributed, as well as maintaining thorough financial oversight of the organization.

Ciobanu previously served as the accounting coordinator at the Council.

Prior to joining the Council, Ciobanu gained experience at several non-profit organizations in accounting and administration in her native Moldova.

Ciobanu holds and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and a bachelor’s degree in administrative science from the Academy of Public Administration, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
