The Western Hemisphere Regional Nutrition Conference successfully concluded this week. Around 80 nutritionists from 13 countries across Latin America and Mexico attended the event. Participants heard from speakers on topics related to the 2022/2023 U.S. corn crop, including a review of the Corn Harvest Quality Report findings and a panel featuring U.S. producers.
