This week, the U.S. Grains Council's (USGC's) China office attended the Craft Beer Conference and Expo in Shanghai, China, with representatives from the U.S. barley and malt industries included in the group. The Council hosted a booth at the premier craft beer event in partnership with Supermalt, a local malting company.
