This week’s throwback photo features USGC’s Senior Director of Global Programs Cary Sifferath (left), in Tripoli, Libya, in 2012. Coordinated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA’s FAS) office in Cairo, a U.S. delegation visited Libya to introduce U.S. agricultural projects following the fall of long-time leader Muammar Gaddafi.
