Alexander Grabois has completed a transition to his new role as U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council (USGBC) deputy regional director for Latin America (LTA), based in the Council’s regional office in Panama City, Panama.
Grabois joined the Council in 2022 as manager of global strategies and trade, where he was instrumental in advancing corn storage development in Mexico and LTA, as well as leading the Council’s promotion of U.S. corn starch globally.
In his new position, Grabois will support USGBC Regional Director for LTA Marri Tejada in administering and overseeing the Council’s programming in the region.
“Latin America continues to emerge as a critical region for U.S. agricultural trade, and recent developments across the region underscore that momentum,” Tejada said.
“Alexander brings the right mix of technical expertise and regional insight to support our customers and ensure those efforts deliver value for producers and stakeholders back home.”
Please join the Council in congratulating Alexander on his new opportunity!
