This week, the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council (USGBC) held trade policy academies in Atlantic and Knoxville, Iowa for producers to learn about recent market shifts affecting international agricultural trade. Iowa Corn District Seven Field Manager Kristen Akers (rear, central) and USGBC Director of Industry Relations Ellen S. Zimmerman (rear, left) were among the event's speakers and other Council leaders including former USGBC Chairman Julius Schaaf and former USGBC At-Large Director Curt Mether were also in attendance.
