Executive Assistant
Vicki Coe serves as the executive assistant for the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, a non-profit organization that operates globally to promote the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol. In this role, Coe organizes travel and other logistics for the Council’s executive staff and board of directors.
Prior to joining the Council, Coe worked for more than three years as executive staff assistant at Cornell University.
Coe holds a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, a master’s degree in photojournalism from the University of Arts London and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Stony Brook University.
