Shuda Jarboe

Manager of Global Programs

Shuda Jarboe serves as manager of global programs for the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, a non-profit organization that operates globally to promote the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol. In this capacity, Jarboe organizes and leads Council programming in Asia.

Jarboe joined the Council in 2024 as the global programs coordinator. Prior to joining the Council, Jarboe served as a board and global initiatives associate at the Rights and Resources Initiative, where she engaged an international coalition and strategic networks, organized meetings and tracked a global program budget.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese from the University of Maryland.
