This week, a group of U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Cochran Fellows from Malaysia stopped by the U.S. Grains Council’s (USGC’s) headquarters in Washington, D.C. The group learned about the Council’s role in promoting grain quality, food safety and good manufacturing practices, along with the organization’s mission, membership and engagements in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region as a whole.
