Donna Braswell is the senior manager of international accounting for the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the global use of U.S. corn, barley and sorghum and related products worldwide including ethanol and distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, Braswell is responsible for supervising the Council’s accounting policies and procedures and compliance with USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) regulations worldwide.
Braswell joined the Council in 1992 as an accounting assistant and was later promoted to manager of programs. Braswell develops and refines procedures for program management and serves as a liaison with the USDA FAS office.
Braswell received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
